Each animal is fully vaccinated, wormed, hooves trimmed, trained and loved by us. They come with a halter, lead, instructions plus other goodies. All of our animals are Micro-chipped and come with a vaccination record, medical history and current registration
Grant Zebras for sale
We maintain a collection of Grant zebras. Years of experience with domestic horses has furnished us with expertise transferable to the management of wild equids. As such we are able to advise on nutrition, management of breeding zebrass, therapeutic treatments, behavioral enrichment and many other aspects of the maintenance of healthy and happy equids.
The Grant’s zebra is one of the six subspecies of the plains zebra. They are from eastern and southern Africa and live in the grasslands, savannas and even some woodlands. Of all the sub-species, Grant’s Zebras are the most desirable due to their incrediblly sharp black and white stripes and coats.
Grant’s zebras generally grow to be 4-5ft tall, and weigh between 500-700 pounds. Grant’s zebras live an average of 20 years. The males on average are 10% larger than their female counterparts. Zebras have excellent eyesight and hearing, and can run up to 40 mph. Each zebra’s stripes are unique. Just as no two human fingerprints are alike, no two zebras have the same stripe pattern.
Zebras are fascinating to watch but if you are a hunter, the Grant zebras are considered to have the most desirable skins due to their intense black and white stripes. In addition, zebra are grass grazers so their meat is a lean source of protein and a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, vitamin B12, and iron.

They are highly intelligent creatures, sociable and calm, capable of independent thinking and decision making. They are strong and won’t do something they consider unsafe, which makes them a great, trusted companion. Donkeys are, quite simply, amazing.
Please note that donkeys are herd animals and are not happy living alone without other friends. Therefore we will not sell one donkey to a home where there are no other donkeys.

Zorses and Zonkeys for sale
- ZORSES
Thinking of owning a Zorse? Make sure you do lots of research before hand to make sure one is the right fit for you. Zorses are extremely challenging animals that take an extremely experienced patient equine handler and lots of dedication. In order to get a good tame one they must have the proper start from birth. Zorse tend to be flighty,timid and over reactive even with handling from day one. Due to being half wild animal their first response is often flight at first until they realize they are not going to be harmed. They will have a lot of behavior You would see in a feral horse. You must really build trust with them. They tend to bond strongly with their owners but like zebras tend to take some time to warm up to strangers. In the right hands zorses can be trained to ride.
- ZONKEYS
Zonkeys tend to be easier compared to zebras and zorses. They still require the right home/handler. In order to get a easier to manage zonkey they must have the proper start from birth and they need continued handling throughout their life just like zorses. If not handled they will go towards a feral side. A properly handled zonkey will be manageable and tend to be sweet and like human interaction like a donkey. Although they tend to be timid and some have a sassy zebra side at times.
